I am a Graduate Statistician with experience working in customer facing and operational insight roles. At The Very Group, I look after the Customer Care Insight Team where we deliver better customer journeys, operational efficiencies and new ways of working. We support the business to help them make informed, data-led decisions about future strategy for our customers.My team mainly uses statistical modelling and causal inference (AB testing), as well as machine learning and speech analytics to support The Very Group in making the right choices for the customer, and to understand the wealth of data at our fingertips.
