I’m a disciplined and people-focused professional with a background that blends military leadership, event management, recruiting, and financial services. My career began in the United States Marine Corps, where I served as an Advanced Avionics Technician and learned to lead with composure, precision, and accountability.While earning my degree in Management with a minor in Marketing from San Diego State University (magna cum laude, 3.7 GPA), I worked in event management while completing my studies. I managed a team responsible for organizing and promoting campus and community events, which helped me develop leadership, coordination, and marketing skills that continue to serve me in business today.Following graduation, I joined Aya Healthcare, where I managed up to 107 clinicians simultaneously during the COVID-19 pandemic. That experience taught me how to perform under pressure, balance empathy with performance, and communicate clearly across large teams. I later transitioned into life insurance sales with AO Globe Life, where I refined my consultative skills and learned how to connect financial solutions to individual goals.
