I am a junior at Boise State University studying Entrepreneurship Management with a minor in Communications, with a strong interest in leadership, organizational development, and community engagement. I have earned Dean’s List recognition for four semesters and maintain a 3.70 cumulative GPA, reflecting my commitment to academic excellence and continuous improvement.In addition to my academic work, I am actively involved in student leadership and campus governance. I currently serve as Chief Recruitment Officer for the Interfraternity Council (IFC), External Vice President of Pi Kappa Alpha, Mu Psi Chapter, and College of Business and Economics (COBE) Senator within ASBSU. Through these roles, I have developed hands-on experience in recruitment strategy, team leadership, philanthropy coordination, student advocacy, and compliance-focused oversight.I am very eager to learn, open to new opportunities, and motivated to apply my skills in real-world settings where I can continue growing as a leader while making a meaningful impact.

The Chief Recruitment Officer manages all IFC recruitment initiatives by developing recruitment timelines, coordinating events, and serving as the primary point of contact for chapter recruitment officers. This role includes enforcing university, IFC, and national fraternity recruitment policies, monitoring chapter compliance, and addressing violations or concerns to maintain equity and integrity in the recruitment process. In addition, the Chief Recruitment Officer actively promotes fraternity life at Boise State through outreach efforts, informational sessions, and collaboration with campus partners to increase awareness, participation, and positive perception of fraternities. The position also works closely with the IFC executive board to assess recruitment outcomes and implement improvements for future recruitment cycles.
