As a Solutions Consultant at FlyForm, I specialise in helping organisations realise the full potential of the ServiceNow platform, from IT Service Management and IT Operations to HR, Facilities and beyond. Working at the intersection of technology and business, I partner with clients to understand their challenges, design tailored solutions, and demonstrate how ServiceNow can drive efficiency, visibility and measurable value across their enterprise.My role spans pre-sales and solution design, where I translate complex requirements into clear, outcome-driven proposals, leveraging both my technical understanding and consultative approach. Collaborating with technical architects, delivery teams and stakeholders, I ensure that every engagement aligns with client goals and supports long-term digital transformation.Previously, I served as a Technical Consultant at FlyForm, delivering implementations, enhancements, and managed services across diverse sectors. I’ve worked hands-on with ServiceNow configuration, custom app development and platform maintenance, using technologies such asCSS, HTML and JavaScript to build scalable and reliable solutions.Alongside my professional work, I’m studying for a BSc (Hons) in Digital & Technology Solutions (Computer Science) at the University of South Wales.
