My name is Luke Mechley, and I’m a graduate of The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, specializing in Real Estate. I recently moved to Nashville to pursue a career in sales, with a strong interest in the city’s commercial real estate and logistics sectors. In terms of professional experience, I have a proven track record of leadership and operational excellence. As the Head of Operations at Mechley Bros. Tent Rental, I successfully managed operations and ensured that every event met or exceeded customer expectations. My ability to lead and direct teams was further demonstrated during my time as a Tubing Supervisor at Perfect North Slopes, where I received the \"Rookie of the Year\" Award, standing out among 70+ first-year employees. In the summer of 2024, as a Summer Research Analyst Intern at Cushman and Wakefield, I conducted in-depth market research and analyzed property data to provide actionable insights to brokers. From compiling data for sale and leasing comps to evaluating tenant renewal probabilities, I contributed to strategic decision-making processes.
