Traditional lenders serving agriculture have limited tools to meet the needs of farmers, agribusinesses and sponsors through all swings in the commodity cycle. Whether it\'s regulatory concerns, internal policies or weaknesses in legacy portfolios, lenders frequently cannot deliver solutions to meet the needs of their borrowers when they need it most. Homestead Capital Credit brings an alternative funding source to U.S. Ag with the ability to finance operators through all swings in the cycle with unique structures, terms and repayment options. Homestead brings over a decade of experience owning & operating farmland portfolios, reinforcing our ability to underwrite downside credit risk.
