From design and engineering roots to leading commercial strategy in specialist insurance, my path has been anything but conventional, and that\'s exactly how I like it.As Chief Commercial Officer at Stella Woman Limited, I lead commercial strategy, claims transformation, and strategic partnerships for a UK motor insurance MGA operating with delegated authority from Zurich Insurance. We\'re building something different here, serving women drivers and independent tradespeople with specialist cover that actually understands their needs.My approach combines systematic, data-driven decision making with creative problem solving. Whether I\'m negotiating vendor partnerships, transforming claims operations to best in class standards, or developing new market opportunities, I focus on building solutions that deliver measurable results and lasting relationships.Before Stella Woman, I cut my teeth in insurance sales through roles at AA and Action Claims, followed by consulting work that taught me the value of seeing challenges from multiple angles. That diverse background means I bring both operational depth and commercial creativity to every challenge.Outside of insurance, you\'ll find me at the football pitch supporting my son\'s team at Macclesfield FC, or indulging my passion for cars because life\'s too short not to enjoy the ride.
