Luke Kozumbo is a Lead Economist at DAI, a global development company that works with clients to create positive and lasting social and economic change. With over a decade of experience in applied economics, he leads and oversees the development and implementation of analytical and evaluative work products, as well as new products, services, and methodologies for DAI\'s Sustainable Business Group (SBG).Luke specializes in conducting economic impact and supply chain competitiveness analyses for public- and private-sector clients, using econometric, input-output, and computable general equilibrium (CGE) models. He has worked with clients such as ExxonMobil, TotalEnergies, Lockheed Martin, and USAID, delivering insights and recommendations on the economic effects of foreign direct investments, green energy transitions, supply chain optimization, and industrial development. He is proficient in Excel, Stata, and GAMS software packages and speaks English and Spanish. Luke holds a Master\'s degree and a Bachelor\'s degree in Applied Economics and International Studies, respectively, from the Johns Hopkins University.
