Agronomic, Renovation and Construction Experience Enhanced agronomic and cultural practices to greatly improve thatch problems, soil, and playability. Developed a course-specific water management process to improve turf health and playability. Installation of Internal Greens drainage with XGD. Installation of new Wells and variable flow drives to optimize irrigation practices. Began work with Audubon International to become a cooperative sanctuary. Communicate daily with management, contribute weekly at department head meetings, run Greens committee meetings and attend Board meetings. Use several methods of communication to keep management and members abreast of courseconditions – Blog, social media, club newsletter, email updates and most importantly I am visible,approachable, and available to management and members at the club. Continual communication with the Pro and Golf Chairman ensure outstanding club experiences.Collaborate with GM and the Pool Director to plan and set up for other social events hosted at the club.Budget & Finance Capital budgeting - put together a five year lease package. Develop and manage my budget with club goals and members\' needs in mind. Developed and met Capital improvement budgets for clubhouse landscaping, course renovations and construction of a new sod nursery.
