About Luke Jameson Kelley

Luke Kelley recently graduated from the W. P. Carey School of Business with a 4.0 GPA and a Bachelor of Science in Finance. Recognized as the #1 undergraduate finance student in his class, he was also one of the top five students in the entire graduating class and earned the Outstanding Graduating Senior Award for the Leaders Academy cohort. He plans to pursue an MBA in Strategic Finance and is currently planning to prepare for the CFA Level I exam. Originally from Seattle, WA, Luke launched his career at a Fortune 100 company, interning in financial planning and sales after his freshman year, where he earned two performance-based awards and secured a client. He later gained nine months of experience as an analyst with Morgan Stanley\'s Private Wealth Management division, supporting the top-performing team in Arizona. He then worked as a Corporate Financial Analyst intern at Dycom Industries in Summer 2024 and completed a nonprofit consulting externship with PwC and Extern in Fall 2024.Luke’s dedication to excellence extends beyond academics and work. He has been actively involved in finance and leadership organizations, holding key roles such as VP of Finance for both his fraternity and Scholars of Finance. He was also a WPC 101 Facilitator and a member of FMA, SEA, DECA, and APPLE. His achievements include being named a Dean’s Business Scholar, Study Abroad Scholar, President’s Scholar, Pathways for the Future Scholar, and C. R. Krimminger Scholar, as well as earning Dean’s List honors every semester. He was a McCord Scholars Program Finalist, won the Outstanding Student Leadership Award, and was recently inducted into Beta Gamma Sigma, the top international business honor society. Early in his time at ASU, he placed in the top five in the WPC 101 Entrepreneurship Challenge. Luke recently completed the Financial Modeling and Valuation Analyst Certificate from the CFI, as well as the SIE from FINRA. Beyond business, Luke is passionate about community service. He has volunteered with multiple nonprofits, supporting animal welfare, youth coaching, and local philanthropies. He recently participated in a Salvation Army volunteer event in collaboration with Morgan Stanley. Now based in West Palm Beach, FL, Luke is working as an associate analyst, eager to further his business acumen, drive strategic impact, and hone his analytical and leadership skills. His relentless drive for excellence, both professionally and personally, reflects his commitment to becoming an exceptional leader in business and society.
