I’m a President and Chief Operating Officer with 25+ years of experience building, scaling, and optimizing complex businesses across self-storage, mobility services, consumer protection, and B2B/B2C platforms.I currently serve as Co-Owner, President, and Chief Operating Officer of Great American Storage, where I lead all operational aspects of a growing national self-storage platform. My responsibilities span land acquisition, entitlement, ground-up development, construction, and ongoing operations, with a focus on disciplined execution, asset performance, and long-term value creation.Previously, I was Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Urgently, Inc, a venture-backed mobility assistance platform serving global automotive OEMs, insurers, and enterprise partners. I built the company’s operational infrastructure from the ground up and helped scale the business from inception to over $150 million in annual revenue, while supporting $70+ million in institutional and strategic capital raises. I led enterprise-scale service operations, built geographically distributed teams, and guided the company through rapid growth and a successful transition to fully remote operations during COVID.Earlier in my career, I spent more than a decade at Asurion, where I was a member of the executive leadership team that grew the company from approximately $50 million to over $6 billion in revenue.
