ABOUT LUKE JENKINSON
With 15 years experience working with elite footballers to develop and enhance all aspects of human performance. Leading to drive performance and innovation are central to my own professional goals by engineering a cohesive and progressive performance team to prepare our athletes to excel in the demands of the modern game/manager. This includes a philosophy that develops each individual to physiologically excel in a competitive and fun environment. An in-depth high performance program based primarily around developing capacity, force production, high velocity running and reducing injury risk factors has been developed. Achieved first class degree and masters in Sport and Exercise Science and currently working towards a Professional Doctorate in the same field. Accredited UKSCA coach since 2013 (Coach of the Year Award 2019), BASES Chartered Sports Scientist & NSCA Certifird Strength and Conditioning Coach (CSCS) and Performance Specialist (CPSS)
