I have worked within both community and residential services for over 17 years. I started as a support worker and worked my way up through each role, I am passionate about ensuring the service delivered is of the highest quality, I understand the stresses of each role as I have been there and I enjoy supporting people to overcome those stresses and then the customer gains the best service. The knowledge skills and experience I have learned over the years must be shared with the colleagues I support and work alongside so in turn they can develop and utilise.It is important that every person is offered choice in not only who supports them but also the environment they live in. I am pleased that Valorum Care offers a wide range of services which enables the people we support to transition smoothly from one service to another seamlessly.
