My core leadership responsibilities are: • Lead enterprise payment acceptance and authorization across in‑store and digital channels, integrating with multiple billing and front‑end systems.• Direct CVS Health’s Payment Strategy, evaluating emerging payment technologies including open banking, BNPL, and advanced digital wallets.• Manage relationships and contracts with card networks, issuing banks, processors, payment service providers, and fintech partners.• Oversee PCI compliance, payment data privacy/security, and data incident management across the enterprise.• Lead consulting services for business units shaping new or enhanced payment processes and vendor solutions.• Direct budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and accounting for Treasury Operations (>$500M), including large‑scale IT and payments infrastructure initiatives.• Manage enterprise Merchant ID (MID) portfolios with over active IDs.• Oversee analytics, reporting, and a Treasury‑managed data environment to support senior‑level decision‑making.• Lead a team supporting payment operations, strategy, compliance, and vendor management.
