Currently a Master’s student at USD focusing on Commercial Real Estate. I graduated form Washington State University in May of 2025 and recently moved down to San Diego to dive into the MSRE program at USD. I’m officially calling San Diego home and looking to break into an acquisitions role with a developer here.I might be early in my career, but I’ve got the technical side down, I’m very comfortable in Excel and love finding ways to use AI to stay efficient.
