ABOUT LUKE GLEADALL
I have always been fascinated with solving problems and helping people better themselves. It has been present in every role I have worked in since I entered the working world. How can we make things better? How can we move the needle?It was only one day when I had the fortune of supporting distance education for a Trades school in a post-secondary institution that I became obsessed with what makes people learn better. It planted a seed and that began my career in Learning and Development.I enjoy creating engaging learning solutions that speak to the learner and address who they are for their own growth and the growth of their organization. Whether it is an eLearning course, a just-in-time infographic, or video, I consider the needs to address the problem.My current fascinations are getting learning data through xAPI and getting to the root of the problem thanks to my study of the ATD Master Performance Consultant credential.
