My responsibilities include- Coordinating and facilitating funeral arrangements, including meeting with families to discuss service options and ensuring compassionate and professional support throughout the entire process- Managing all aspects of funeral services, overseeing logistics, scheduling, and coordination with vendors, resulting in seamless and dignified ceremonies for families- Providing guidance and support to bereaved families, demonstrating empathy and sensitivity during difficult times, leading to positive feedback and increased customer satisfaction- Maintaining compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, ensuring all necessary documentation and permits were accurately processed and filed- Collaborating with a multi-membered team to organize and execute memorial events, leveraging strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail to create meaningful and personalized experiences for families- Developing custom media for funeral/memorial services including website pages, service folders and handouts, custom videos, and livestreams.
