In my role as Construction Director, I am responsible for leading the full development cycle of luxury hotel style student accommodation projects from pre-aquistion and through the planning and development phases and into operational use. Construction Director at Study Inn, delivering luxury best in class hotel style student accommodation developments across the UK. Developments range from office block conversions, complex cut & carve conversions and new build. We provide luxury serviced accommodation, with extensive amenity spaces to include gyms, spas, lounges, conference areas, gaming facilities & bowling alleys. The completed development is a secure, fully managed luxury hotel for students availble for 50 week stays.My role entails full development management from pre-aquisition, through planning & construction and into operation.We own, develop and operate our developments managing all phases of development and operation in house.I have led the development of 2,284 units to date.
