I am a Fee Earner with a broad depth of knowledge and experience acting on a variety of residential real estate and commercial property transactions, including Landlord and Tenant, sales and acquisitions and also provides real estate support to corporate and secured finance transactions.Clients which I have acted for include investors, retailers, lenders, borrowers and high net worth individuals in relation to offices, high street shops, shopping centers, industrial, mixed-use, and development properties.I have a wide range of skills, consisting of good team work and independence, along with outstanding communication skills from both my mooting and negotiations competitions at university. I have conducted research into the legal area of wills, in which I have had an article published in the Lancaster Guardian.
