About Luke Dobbelaere
Received my BSCE from UMD in the spring of 2018 (as well as my EIT.) Worked as an intern for MnDOT on the St Croix Crossing Project and in Duluth in Land Management and Surveys. Worked as an inspector and temporary graduate engineer for MnDOT until April 2019 when I was hired by HNTB to be a consultant inspector on MnDOTs I-35W Minnesota River Bridge Project. Performed roadway design for TH-12 for MnDOT D4 and construction administration for MetroTransit’s Orange Line BRT Project for most of 2020. Moved to Texas in February 2021 to work out of HNTB’s Houston office as a construction engineer in training on TxDOTs FM 2818 widening project in College Station, Texas. Began working for AECOM in Murray, UT in June 2021 as an EIT lead construction inspector and field engineer (UDOT CITP Level 3)!
