Revenue of c.£100m and normalised EBITDA of c.£10m.\\\\n\\\\nResponsibilities:\\\\n\\\\nRecruited to join remaining founder and CEO post private equity investment with accountability for finance, IT, HR, insurance and legal.\\\\n\\\\nWorked closely with the board in formulating the company’s future direction and drove that agenda.\\\\n\\\\nPosition and lead on any future sale transaction for the business.\\\\n\\\\nManage the relationship of Kartesia as both an equity and debt partner.\\\\n\\\\nLead the development of best-in-class board papers, management information and KPI’s across the business.\\\\n\\\\nInstall professionalism, financial discipline and transparency to raise standards and to drive business performance.\\\\n\\\\nKey Achievements:\\\\n\\\\nPositioned the Group for sale at the earliest opportunity to maximise returns for all parties.\\\\n\\\\nLed trade sale of Darwin Group to Portakabin Limited in April 2023.\\\\n\\\\nGrew existing management information channels and systems to reflect the rapidly increased size and scale of the business.\\\\n\\\\nSecured FY22 Normalised EBITDA at +20% vs. Feb 2022 investment case.\\\\n\\\\nLed HQ move away from manufacturing facility to drive recruitment strategy and retention.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
