First Port is the largest Property Management company in the UK with their head office based in Luton. I have managed two portfolio\'s within my time at First Port. First covering 12 sites in South West London and now currently 10 sites in North London / Watford. My duties entail regular site visits and inspections ensuring problems are proactively resolved in a timely manner. Customer health and safety is always at the forefront of these visits along with delivering exceptional customer service, detailed record keeping of all compliance documents, accountability towards management of service charge costs. My role requires me to manage all aspects of the buildings I’m entrusted to manage such as customer satisfaction / health & safety and fire safety / accounts & budgets / financial management of service charges / service delivery management / lease management. I look forward to continuing my journey with First Port and delivering high quality property management services to my residents.
