I’m a finance and strategy leader with 17+ years of progressive experience across energy, industrial services, and corporate development.I began at ConocoPhillips, joining the global internal audit team that reviewed operations across the company’s upstream, midstream, and downstream businesses. These early years, preparing reports for the CFO and Board of a Fortune 10 company, shaped how I think about risk, control framework, governance, and leadership. I later led budgeting, forecasting, and planning for the Permian and Lower 48 programs before taking on global coordination responsibilities within the controllers’ organization.After several rewarding years with ConocoPhillips, I transitioned to investment banking with CIBC, advising public and private energy companies primarily on sell-side transactions and strategic partnerships. During that time, I refined my ability to build alignment among stakeholders, navigate complex deal processes, and help to deliver positive outcomes in competitive bid environments.For the past 5+ years, I’ve had the pleasure of working with Refined Technologies (RTI), a private, family-owned industrial services and technology company. I first served as Chief of Staff to the CEO, helped scale our global distribution organization, and have continued to lead enterprise-level financial planning, investments, and new venture analysis and decision-making. My current focus includes capital allocation, oversight of the family’s balance sheet, and structuring and documenting high-potential business line expansions and strategic growth initiatives.
