I’m a results-driven project manager with a background in digital strategy, product development, and cross-functional leadership—built across roles at Microsoft, Bank of America, and United Bank. With an MBA and a strong grasp of Agile methodologies, I specialize in driving initiatives that bridge business needs with technical solutions.At Microsoft, I lead programs and projects that champion innovation and elevate internal tools, including the development of AI-powered support systems and security frameworks that improve both efficiency and protection. Previously at Bank of America, I helped deliver new technology for consumer and small business products by managing digital initiatives from roadmap to rollout.I’m passionate about building programs that make an impact—whether that means delivering smarter customer solutions, enabling external partners, or turning scattered ideas into streamlined execution. I believe in clear communication, structured delivery, and always finding a better way to do things.I hold a Master of Business Administration and a B.S. in Marketing from West Virginia University, where I graduated magna cum laude and framed the analytical and strategic foundation that powers my work today.
