   Leads and executes multiple comprehensive and collaborative research projects using mixed methods to identify previous and emerging trends in domestic violent extremism, antisemitism, and conspiracy theories• Designs and facilitates ten educational briefings and training modules for diverse stakeholders, including law enforcement, civil society groups, and policymakers to enhance understanding of domestic extremist threats and their ideological underpinnings• Provides expert commentary and research-backed insights to local and national media outlets, such as CNN and WIRED, translating complex research findings into accessible analysis for public and federal audiences• Authors data-driven reports, op-eds, and in-depth analyses on antisemitic, white supremacist, and anti-government extremist narratives, contributing to the broader understanding of evolving threats• Spearheads the refinement of comprehensive databases tracking more than 350 domestic violent extremist and 850 jihadist criminals, improving accuracy, transparency, and accessibility• Fosters strategic partnerships across academic, federal, and nonprofit sectors to strengthen research methodology, share best practices for countering violent extremism, and amplify the societal impact of findings• Enhances the Program’s website functionality to attract novel strategic partners, grow programmatic reach, and increase web traffic• Plans and moderates virtual panel discussions with subject matter experts on various topics relating to violent extremism and antisemitism• Manages all aspects of procurement for international and domestic contractors• Oversees a team of 8-10 student Research Assistants annually, providing mentorship, research methodology training, and career guidance
