Chartered Engineer and Area Director with over 19 years’ experience in the construction and built environment sector, providing strategic leadership across complex, multi-disciplinary engineering teams and major programmes of work.I have a strong track record in leading, developing, and growing high-performing teams, alongside the successful delivery of large-scale, multi-billion-pound projects in the UK and internationally (Europe, Asia, and the Middle East).My background spans world-leading engineering consultancies and a UK-leading MEP contractor, giving me a balanced blend of technical excellence, commercial awareness, and delivery-focused leadership. This enables me to provide clear direction, effective governance, and confident decision-making at both project and regional levels.With experience across multiple sectors and specalising in data centres, I take a holistic, risk-aware approach to complex project delivery, aligning technical solutions with client, commercial, and business objectives to achieve consistent and successful outcomes.I am highly client-focused and motivated by building trusted relationships. I work closely with clients to understand their vision and business goals, often leading to long-term partnerships and repeat work.Developing people is a core part of my role. I am passionate about mentoring, coaching, and supporting the progression of both direct and indirect reports, creating inclusive, capable teams that deliver high quality results for clients and the business.
