Luke Allen - MD eviFileI am currently focussed on delivering remote programme of works through the eviFile platform. Working with clients such as SPL Powerlines, Drax Power, United Utilities and MACE, eviFile brings real time field data alive in flexible PowerBI dashboards, ensuring optimal success across all major programmes of work. Focussed on developing a platform that easily interoperates with others, eviFile can connect data from Oracle\'s Primavera P6 as well as 3DRepo\'s BIM 3/4D management platform. Providing tools that are agile and designed to ensure rework is minimised and hand back is truly efficient. Luke Allen – KPMG DirectorFor the last 15 years I have worked in the Research and Customer Experience world, developing Voice of the Customer products and Document Management platforms for some of the world’s largest businesses, including Nationwide, PayPal, eBay, Bank of America, Pfizer, Vodafone, EE, RBS, Nokia and Aviva.Since Nunwood\'s acquisition by KPMG in May 2015, I\'ve been focussed purely on Voice of the Customer software and working as the programme lead for KPMG\'s Customer Experience Cloud product, which is now being rolled out to existing and new clients through 2018 and beyond.KPMG Customer Experience Cloud is designed to provide an end to end view across all of an organisation\'s customer journeys and provide real time decision support to provide the best possible experience.Designed and developed within KPMG and supported by Microsoft, KPMG Customer Experience Cloud supersedes the Nunwood Fizz product and combines journey design, dashboards, online learning and economic modelling into a single Customer platform.Specialties: Software sales, Enterprise Content Solutions, Knowledge Management, Agile Development, Microsoft Platforms, Database Systems Development and Cloud Based Services.
