As Group IT Systems Manager, I lead a team of infrastructure, software, and support engineers, ensure seamless functionality of IT systems, and architect infrastructure for a broad spectrum of sites. I am entrusted with transforming business requirements into RFPs, implementing process improvement methodologies, and developing financial budgets for capital projects. My key responsibilities include: negotiating large-scale commercial contracts, orchestrating IT audits, and coordinating Proof of Concept with software and hardware vendors. Following are some of my key achievements: • Steered the deployment of the Opera property management system and Simphony point of sales. • Aligned organisational end-to-end business operations with PCI and GDPR frameworks. • Piloted the network hardware, storage, and infrastructure replacement on all sites from conception to completion. • Hotel opening three months ahead of time to ensure soft opening for Monaco GP (Hardware and Applications). • Partnered with executive leadership and design team on newly build properties in Europe. • Championed the implementation of two contactless customer-facing systems to deliver a smooth payment experience and promote adherence to safety protocols. • Migrated day-to-day enterprise activities/systems from local to a cloud-based platform. • Due to Covid travel restrictions remotely transitioned newly gained hotel in the USA to Maybourne Systems. • SSO and 2FA implementation for number of on prem and cloud applications.
