ABOUT LUKASZ HOFFMANN

I joined humanpeople in 2019 as the company\'s first non-clinical hire. There were no clients, no revenue, and no operational infrastructure. My job was to build operations from scratch.Six years later, I\'m the Chief Operating Officer at humanpeople. Everything that isn\'t clinical medicine runs through me, from finance, operations, strategy, logistics, to people management, and product delivery. I\'ve built the financial systems, modelled the fundraising cases, designed the product delivery frameworks, coordinated clinical research programmes, led trade events, managed the team, and handled the US market entry. No template, no large team behind me, no safety net.My background is Finance and Accounting, First Class degree with early experience in McKinsey\'s Global Finance department, but my career has been less about following financial frameworks and more about building the operational and commercial backbone of a business under real constraints.I work best where the problems are genuine, the resources are limited, and someone needs to own outcomes rather than manage processes. I\'m now looking for a senior operational, Chief of Staff, or strategy role at a company that is scaling and needs someone who has already done the hard yards of building something from nothing. If that sounds relevant, let\'s talk.
