Hard working self-starter who brings extensive experience in Directing complex IT technology transformations and projects, IT Management, infrastructure Project management, IT process development & deployment, network & cloud architecture.For business accreditation, I have a project management certification from the Project Management Institute, and I’m a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt from the American Society for Quality (ASQ). I have over 18 years of experience in complex IT infrastructure environments and managing large groups of geographically diverse employees. I have extensive experience as a mentor and trainer for technical leaders, engineering managers and project manager.From a technical perspective, I started in IT in the networking field, but have extended to data center, cloud infrastructure and infrastructure automation over the years. I held a CCIE cisco certification (Expired) and have extensive knowledge in technology trends in the networking space. I also have experience leading Cloud infrastructure design and implementation.From an IT perspective, I have conceptualized and operationalized complex technologies, including SD-WAN, Kubernetes, Terraform, Fortinet, BigSwitch Networks, and many other over my career, and understand the technical, financial, cultural and organizational implications of a technology adoption at companies large and small. Organizationally, I have implemented organizational operating models based on ITIL4, SRE, Devops and Team Topologies methodologies in organizations. I have practical knowledge of how modern organizations work in the merger of SW and infrastructure engineering world and all the ins and out of cultural transformations of a From an IT Enterprise architecture perspective, I tend to follow TOGAF’s principles and service-oriented architectures. Enterprise architecture and services design is my passion in IT.
