Delivering award-winning social media campaigns across a variety of BBC TV brands and campaigns, including Michaela Coel’s smash-hit drama ‘I May Destroy You’, huge factual titles like ‘Planet Earth‘, big entertainment vehicles such as ‘Eurovision’, and niche pop culture trends such as ‘The Joy of Painting with Bob Ross’- Working as part of a vibrant creative team to ideate, develop and create content for a variety of social platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Facebook, with a specific focus on targeting 13-24s in the UK- Working with both social influencers/creators and big-name BBC talent to create bespoke social content, juggling both production and editing as well as relationship management and tough project deadlines- Working alongside the manager to monitor budgets and manage team resource across multiple campaigns, ensuring a high-quality, reliable delivery pipeline to maintain our reputation as a world-class creative team- Responsible for identifying and supporting new young talent through our Youth Creator Hub, championing on and off-screen diversity to shape the BBC’s future talent pools- Working closely with multiple BBC departments to ensure strategic and editorial goals are met, while also pushing creative boundaries and encouraging senior stakeholders to think outside the box.
