I am a highly motivated individual with a need to constantly improve my skills and extend my abilities and knowledge within various business aspects. I can offer my responsible approach to work, analytical mindset, and detail-driven focus, which helps me to deliver good results under pressure. My focus is to connect HR and IT together. I gained my IT experience from school and internal projects/activities in SpecialistsGrid. Also, I studied applied programming at the University of Economics in Prague. I started gaining experience with talent sourcing during studying as a part-time talent associate and then as a consultant in Hays. I combined these skills in SpecialistsGrid, where next to my sourcing agenda, I have as well some analytical/IT tasks. I was also part of a team on one year RPO in the Deloitte Czech Republic.
