About Lukas Berezowiec
Lukas is the CEO of Notriangle Studio, a real estate and architectural visualization firm that helps developers, architects, and agencies bring unbuilt projects to life. With over 15 years of experience in the field and more than 300 projects completed globally, Lukas specializes in using 3D visual storytelling to de-risk the real estate development process — from investor pitches and design approvals to pre-sales and public engagement.Before founding Notriangle Studio, Lukas worked as a communication designer for Audi, contributing to international automotive exhibitions in Frankfurt and Geneva. Since then, he has collaborated on a wide range of projects, including the new LinkedIn headquarters in Palo Alto with NBBJ, luxury residential developments in Los Angeles (Bel Air, Pacific Palisades), condominium projects in Dubai, and branded spaces for Capital One across Manhattan.
