Promoted to team lead at Tensordyne, I now steer a dynamic team of 9 AI engineers. We specialize in converting floating-point precision neural networks into a format optimized for Tensordyne\'s advanced AI accelerator. Our key competency is the design and implementation of state-of-the-art post-training quantization (PTQ) and quantization-aware training (QAT) methods, maintaining task performance even under significant model compression. Our developments are bundled into an intuitive SDK, enabling customers to leverage the full capabilities of our accelerator. In parallel, we spearhead the mathematical innovations of our next-generation hardware.
