Developed a comprehensive solution for tackling data skewness on Spark jobs run on EMR using data salting techniques that I Docker\'ised to be usable and included in the projects by anyone in the organisation. • Devised an automated new features experimentation pipeline by reducing the time taken to test new features for models by over 90% than before due to a requirement to perform all steps to test the new features manually before.

Currently I focus on resolving real-world business problems in the financial Risks domain, specifically oriented in the Scam and ATO (Account TakeOver) fields by utilising Machine Learning models for catching unauthorised or scam transactions, suspensive controls applied on potential fraudsters and remediation means for victims. I have expertise in the Java backend systems using the Spring framework, REST and Kafka for communication between services to develop resilient and scalable systems. I also possess experience using React JS and Typescript for developing internal tooling for operational agents. Furthermore, I am currently spending my time in optimising Machine Learning and Data Science processes, e.g. optimising and automating the process of testing new features for the ML models used for catching suspicious transactions that potentially improves the experimentation time by over 90% in terms of the time spent testing the new data point in models performance. In my free time, I enjoy broadening my mindset about the newest breakthroughs in science, Computer Science, AI, FinTech and Economics. Moreover, I relish reading books to understand this beautiful world slightly more and become a better human being. On top of that, I am passionate about travelling and experiencing different cultures!
