ABOUT LUKAS APPELHOFF
Since 2024, I have been part of Henkel in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods sector, working on innovative and environmentally friendly consumer goods. My goal is to create sustainable and forward-thinking solutions that exceed consumer expectations.As a PhD chemist, I conducted research at Hochschule Niederrhein in collaboration with the University of Duisburg-Essen and ACTEGA. My focus was on developing cyanine dyes for eco-friendly, water-based coatings. Through this work, I gained extensive experience in photochemistry and modern analytical techniques. My efforts have been recognized with patents and awards, and international projects and conferences have helped me enhance both my professional expertise and intercultural skills.I firmly believe that innovation, sustainability, and digitalization go hand in hand, while always keeping people today and future generations at the center. I value connecting with individuals who share my passion for innovations in chemistry, consumer goods, coatings, and digitalization, and I am open to exploring new opportunities that extend beyond my expertise and previous ambitions.
