My expertise sits at the intersection of advocacy, design, engineering and analytics. I am able to rapidly shift the focus of my lens from the forest to the trees and back. I use this to help senior executives make evidence-based decisions, develop a compelling strategy and then work with technical teams to execute on the vision. At Purpose Building, I focus on value-creation at the project, team and organizational levels for New Development. I am directly involved at all phases and with all aspects of driving development projects to higher performance, including benchmarking, visioning, target-setting, climate, energy and carbon analytics, development and implementation of design concepts, design team engagement and integration, and validation of actual performance. I love improving how people collaborate, investing in human intelligence and making technical solutions more meaningful. I also focus on team building, recruitment, strengthening relationships and forging strategic industry partnerships. Outside the office, I love to explore the outdoors, break bread with friends and family and learn to cook new recipes.
