ABOUT LUKA KAI YEN CHANG
RIBA Part II Architecture graduate pursuing architectural assistant roles in London and the surrounding vicinity. With demonstrable international experience having worked and/or studied within Asia and Europe in countries like Taiwan, Japan and United Kingdom, I have learned to adapt to my surroundings and work within a range of diverse teams. Gained experience working as a project designer for a construction company on a project developing residential housing where I was responsible for ensuring the project gets from stage zero to stage six. Given one of my responsibilities which was to communicate with both the city council and the construction company, I greatly developed my negotiation skills as well as my ability to deal with rapidly changing requirements. With a keen interest in architecture and design, I routinely brainstorm and create new ideas and have participated in several design competitions, Macao International Design Award, Tokyo Public Design award, and Taipei Design Award.
