Assess the credit and financial strength of corporate borrowers via fundamental credit analysis based on quantitative and qualitative factors. Present analysis in credit committees and portfolio reviews along with complex loan structuring proposals. Communicate frequently with CFOs/Controllers with a proven ability to steer client negotiations and make tough decisions. Modernize existing reporting processes and tools in order to streamline information and minimize exposure to manual error (e.g. built out a two-page trend card in Excel that replaced a multi-page packet of loan, collateral, and financial information). Completed the Financial Analyst Program i.e. credit training covering asset-based, cash flow, and commercial RE lending.
