Product Development Engineer II - Material Review Board (MRB) Interiors & Systems∙ Analyzes non-conformities based on design criteria and certification reports applicable;∙ Evaluates technical dispositions\' impact on production schedules, safety, quality aspects, future maintenance requirements, and documentation;∙ Classifies the non-conformity whether affects: type design, illustrated parts catalog (IPC), maintenance manuals, interchangeability, and production flights;∙ Interfaces with other internal/external engineering areas involved in non-conformity analyses;∙ Assigns responsibility for technical dispositions of non-conformities on the Production Line;∙ Creates detailed dispositions for non-conformities detected on supplier components in case of Embraer design responsibility;∙ Validates supplier’s dispositions for non-conformities in case such Supplier is not delegated as MRB;∙ Requests design revision with an engineering staff for those cases in which the disposition may affect interchangeability or maintainability of the product;∙ Provides engineering support for troubleshooting on the Production Line and Production Flights;∙ Justifies “use-as-is\" dispositions;∙ Supports the technical dispositions for non-conformity classified as Quality Escape;∙ Provides technical disposition (scrap, rework, use-as-is, repair, and return to supplier).
