ABOUT LUIZA ADENA ENGERS

I help fintechs, banks, and e-commerce companies stop account takeovers, synthetic fraud, and financial crime before they happen - building the kind of enterprise relationships that turn into long-term revenue.I joined Sardine in June 2023 and built our LATAM presence from the ground up. I co-led the launch of Global Payouts in LATAM - driving Product Market Fit validation, go-to-market strategy, and closing multi-million dollar deals. What started as a regional mandate has grown into something bigger: today I\'m focused on driving global revenue growth, bringing enterprise clients across markets into Sardine\'s fraud and compliance platform.That progression - from zero to regional ownership to global pipeline - didn\'t happen by accident. Before Sardine, I founded Arbi-ON, a legaltech that transformed dispute resolution in Brazil, and served as CEO of Cryptize, a fintech enabling crypto payments at commercial establishments. I know how to build from nothing, close complex deals, and scale what works.
