My responsibilities span both technical and compliance-focused areas, including: • Process Safety Management (PSM): Actively facilitate and participate in Process Hazard Analyses (PHAs), evaluate and validate pressure relief devices (PSVs), and support compliance with OSHA 19•••19 standards. • Root Cause Investigations: Lead and contribute to incident investigations using structured root cause analysis methodologies to identify underlying causes and implement effective corrective actions. • Capital Projects & Process Improvements: Manage and support capital projects from concept through implementation, focusing on improving efficiency, safety, and reliability. Identify and execute continuous improvement initiatives across the process. • Management of Change (MOC): Oversee MOC processes to ensure safe and compliant implementation of process modifications. • Technical Troubleshooting: Provide day-to-day technical support to operations, resolving process issues and optimizing performance.I’m passionate about enhancing safety, driving innovation, and delivering measurable improvements in process reliability and productivity.
