I am a seasoned Engineering Manager experienced in leading cross-functional engineering teams that thrive in building video, direct-to-consumer and large-scale products for millions of people.I recently joined Disney, and I am currently leading one of the Media Engineering teams.Before I led the full-stack engineering organization developing the No.1 Fantasy Game in Brazil. My main achievement was the transformation of the structure into an agile, cross-functional, data-centric, and product-oriented operational model. This strategic shift maximized the value delivered to users, and the results delivered to advertisers and stakeholders.I also managed previously other engineering teams in different scenarios, such as launching a product from the ground up, reorganizing team for top performance, and pivoting organization due to shifting vision and strategy.
