Lead Program/Project Controls Management for national and international programs and projects in a “global PMO” setting. Supervise and mentor PC members. Participate in the analyses/estimates of bids, proposals and projects. Will oversee the execution of the project controls teams and may function within a client organization for larger scall projects or programs across North America. Will also work directly with the Energy Sector Leader to develop the strategy and manage the execution of the effort to grow the renewable business for Faithful+Gould. Will function as a “Doer / Seller”, responsible to the client for strategic planning, managing projects and staff development for project controls ensuring that established procedures for baseline schedule and cost control budgets are implemented by the team. For internal Faithful+Gould purposes, I will monitor project progress, track actual expenditures and report monthly cost forecasts/reports. Analyze status data and trends, presenting monthly reviews to management. Have overall responsibility for project cost control, project cost management and management of all project controls staff.
