About Luis René Díaz
Fall in love with the process, and the results will come. I am obsessed with the process. Yes, the results and the final product are amazing feats, but the process is what makes it worthwhile. The process can be difficult, challenging, humbling, exciting and uncomfortable and in this discomfort is where we can truly create the best products for our customers. My journey and experience are a bit unorthodox, but they have provided me the skills necessary to navigate the role of a technical product manager. These skills include leading without authority, leading cross-functional teams, experience with the software development life cycle, negotiating and perseverance. The internships as a Quality Assurance Product Manager have provided me the hands-on experience to develop necessary skills while affording me the opportunity to improve the experience of a sixty-thousand-person workforce through numerous finished software products. When I am not supporting people, I can be found enjoying family time with my wife and one year old baby boy, watching Premier League matches, cooking Sunday dinner with friends and working on any number of the many home projects.
