For nearly two decades, I’ve served as a leader committed to transforming lives through faith, education, and service. As Head of School at Wayne Christian School, I guide our mission to assist parents and churches in the education of children, from a Biblical worldview, to impact their world for Christ. Our school has experienced substantial growth, built on a foundation of academic excellence, Christ-centered discipleship, and an unwavering commitment to fostering a thriving, supportive community. My journey began in pastoral ministry, where I dedicated over 17 years to shepherding congregations, mentoring individuals, and cultivating faith-driven communities. That experience shaped my leadership philosophy: great leaders are servants first, called to inspire, guide, and uplift others. As a pastor, educator, and now a Head of School, I’ve combined vision casting with strategic execution to lead organizations through seasons of growth, transition, and innovation. Whether coaching a team to a state championship or navigating the complexities of school leadership, my focus remains to develop leaders. I am proud to lead Wayne Christian School in fulfilling its mission, ensuring every student’s experience is marked by academic rigor, spiritual growth, and preparation to make a lasting difference. I serve as a connection pastor and elder at my church. I am a lifelong learner currently pursuing a Master of Divinity at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. With a background that includes a Master of Arts in Management and Leadership, I bring a unique combination of organizational expertise, pastoral care, and visionary leadership to every role I take on.
