Execute the hardware and software commissioning of Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS) for large corporate customers and critical infrastructure including data centers, hospitals, and government facilities- Consult with clients to identify needs and requirements and provide feedback to internal Business Development Specialists and sales teams. Provide support for Project Managers, Design Engineers, and Field Service Representatives on a wide range of systems- Conduct onsite training for customers on new applications, features, technologies, and best practices- Provide on-site expertise for the installation, upgrading, configuration and troubleshooting of EPMS software, liaising with clients’ engineering personnel for start-up and application commissioning- Build automated tools such as dashboards, site maps, trends, and elevation drawings with real-time data to provide insight on energy & power consumption, demand, environmental Key Performance Indices (KPIs) and visualization of electricity distribution- As a senior team member, help with onboarding process and provide support to new Application Engineers.
