I’ve led multi-site initiatives, managed complex teams and budgets, and partnered across sectors, experiences that shaped how I approach organizations today: growth must be intentional, systems must scale, and decisions must be grounded in clarity.I now work in the property and casualty insurance space, supporting commercial clients and actively contributing to business development and firm growth.
