ABOUT LUIS GARDUÑO

I help engineering teams bring complex systems to life—more efficiently, more reliably, and more collaboratively. My focus is on model-based systems engineering (MBSE) and simulation-driven development, especially in the automotive and mobility space. As a Technical Account Manager, I work closely with R&D teams to connect models, data, and workflows across departments and domains. Whether it’s enabling virtual validation, supporting hardware-in-the-loop efforts, or aligning toolchains with development goals, I’m all about making the big picture work—without losing sight of the details. My background combines deep technical roots in mechanical engineering (simulation, fluid dynamics, system modeling) with over a decade of experience supporting large, multi-layered organizations. I’ve seen what it takes to get real-world innovation off the ground, and I enjoy helping teams navigate that complexity.Since 2014, I’ve also served as an Engineering Design Judge at Formula Student Germany—evaluating projects in aerodynamics, vehicle dynamics, and system performance. It’s a rewarding way to stay connected with fresh thinking and future engineers. What I care about:• Model-based thinking at scale• Enabling collaboration between technical and non-technical teams• Getting simulation and system modeling out of the silo• Making engineering workflows more human, more connected, and more effectiveIf you’re building complex systems—or just interested in the future of how we design them—I’m always happy to chat.
