About Luis Flores
I am an BSEE major in Electronics with a MBA major in Finance, and MSEE major in Control Engineering, I have worked in all of the stages of Product Development for the automotive industry, from the Technology Development Process (TDP) by designing and making prototypes of Indium-antimonide (InSb) Magneto-resistors on gallium-arsenide (GaAs) wafers for testing, and Advanced Development Process (ADP) by designing a PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) fuel vapor purge solenoid, and the implementation of New Products Introduction (NPI) in PDP (Product Development Process) for Chrysler, Hyundai, GM, and China customers. I also have experience as a Program Manager (PM), since I have managed a few of the projects I have worked on. I worked on cost savings projects, which involved the creation of Business Cases and presentations to top management for approvals, as well as managing the AR (Appropriation Request) process.
